Students will:

Demonstrate and improve the physical abilities and motor skills through fitness activities and lifetime activities, and fundamental and creative movement.
Acquire knowledge and intellectual skills necessary to successfully participate in physical activities.
Create healthful living behaviors.
Show an appreciation for the values of physical activity in lifetime activities.
Reflect Christian values while cooperating within a team concept.
Show respect for others, equipment, and facilities.
Interact with one another to practice team concepts.
Research health systems and apply them in a written understanding of the human body and its abilities and limitations.
